You will need: |
1 x Nonna’s Biscuit Mix |
1 Egg or equivalent substitute |
1 tablespoon water |
125g Butter |
1 teaspoon Vanilla |
Method: |
Cream together the butter and sugar(included in this packet). Add the egg, water and vanilla and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients to the mixture. Spoon teaspoonful of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 180˚C for 10-12 minutes. |
Variation: The mixture can also be used as a base for a tart or cheese cake. Spread the mixture evenly in a 230mm tart pan or dish. Bake at 190˚C for 10-12 minutes. |
