| You will need: |
| 1 x Nonna’s Baked Custard Tart Mix |
| 2 large Eggs or equivalent substitute |
| 300 ml Milk or dairy substitute |
| 1 tablespoon melted Butter |
| Method: |
| 1. Place the egg and milk in a bowl and whisk. |
| 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. The mixture will be a liquid and not have the consistency of a batter. The mixture will separate into a base, custard filling and coconut top once baked. |
| 3. Pour the mixture into a greased pie plate. |
| 4. Bake at 180˚C for 30 minutes or until the filling has set and the top has a light golden colour. |
