Description

You will need:
1 x Nonna’s Baked Custard Tart Mix
2 large Eggs or equivalent substitute
300 ml Milk or dairy substitute
1 tablespoon melted Butter
Method:
1. Place the egg and milk in a bowl and whisk.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. The mixture will be a liquid and not have the consistency of a batter. The mixture will separate into a base, custard filling and coconut top once baked.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased pie plate.
4. Bake at 180˚C for 30 minutes or until the filling has set and the top has a light golden colour.
